If you are gonna post a problem involving technical assistance, don't forget to supply the following information:
Your SoundStation patch editor version. (You can check it in the about box. If the application doesn't start for you at all, you can still check the version by right-clicking on the executable file, selecting "Properties" on the pop-up menu, and clicking on the "Details" tab)
Your Operating System version. That is, the version of Windows you're running.
Your BOSS GX-700 Firmware version. (To see which version you have, just turn on the device while holding the Spk.Sim and Preamp effect buttons)

If you are gonna post a bug-report make sure you go through the following procedure:
Ensure the problem you have found doesn't arise by external causes to SoundStation, like OS settings, MIDI interface drivers, or any other system-specific possible issues.
Find a way to recreate the wrong behaviour using the application and describe it with all relevant details.
Supply any information you consider important about your system.
